On Thursday, May 14, we will host our annual Missions Festival, an inspiring event where missions are at the heart of everything.
On Ascension Day, Jesus gave the Great Commission to His disciples: to make disciples of all nations. Jesus has entrusted us with this mission, and that is why we organise the Missions Festival. We believe that God wants to use everyone to fulfil this calling.

RUN THE RACE
“Let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.” Hebrews 12:1b. As Christians, we are running a race. This race is about staying close to Jesus and to the mission He has given us, loving God above all and loving our neighbour as ourselves, and making His Kingdom visible on this earth. But this race is not a sprint; it is more like a marathon. When you run a marathon, it can be tempting to give up, but giving up is not an option for us. Let us keep running with our eyes fixed on Jesus.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
There will be several celebrations with powerful worship and inspiring speakers. You can join seminars, campus tours, and the Mission Experience where you will learn and experience more about missions. In addition, there will be food trucks, great coffee, good music, and activities for children and youth. New this year are the sports clinics. Do you enjoy a challenge and being active? Then join in and do not forget your sports shoes.
THE SEND night
The evening celebration will be hosted by THE SEND, a mobilisation campaign from Youth With A Mission focused on young people. The Send exists to mobilise young people to live actively for the Kingdom of God.
This evening will be a radical celebration with worship and a challenging message. It is open to everyone, but THE SEND especially focuses on young people aged 16 to 25.
