Many people work behind the scenes of Heidebeek. They are called by God to serve. These people with practical gifts and skills support the schools and departments. An organization such as Youth with a Mission Heidebeek can not do without these people.

Coffee Corner

The coffee corner is an unique spot on Heidebeek.  Just on this spot there is  a lot of talking, discussions and  laughter. For Dutchmen, it is so normally each day to come for a cup of coffee and to talk with each other.  In other cultures, they do not know this custom, just in this type of atmosphere and sociability God is at work.

Kitchen

Every morning we cook for staff and students of the base. Each day there is a varied meal. We are cooking for a number of people that varies from 80 to 200 people.

Hospitality Department

Hospitality has a central focus since the early years of Youth with a Mission. Many visitors come to Heidebeek from around the world. There are three guest houses where speakers, supporters and other guests can stay on Heidebeek.

Reception

Reception is a dynamic place on Heidebeek. All incoming calls, mail and emails  will be processed here. Also our guests will be received at the reception.

Housekeeping

Heidebeek has several locations. On Heidebeek there are different departments, they also give teachings on the base. Students and most of the staff  live at an other location. It is important that our buildings are kept clean. Housekeeping ensures this.
