Staff

Our calling is to know God and to make Him known. To fulfill this calling we recognize how essential managers, administrators and office workers and practical servants are for the existence and effectiveness of our ministries. Whatever your gift or call may be, there is a vital role for you to play in world evangelism! Currently, we are in need of the following positions

Maintance

All round handy men or someone who is a trained plumber, carpenter etc.

Kings Kids

2 New staff for in the office

Biblical Studies department

2  long term staff members especially Dutch

Support

Full time staff  in the kitchen (mornings)

Staff or volunteers for reception/coffee corner/kitchen

Finances

Help for 2 days a week (staff)

Membercare

A staff couple to join the team with a vision to help home front committees and churches.

Someone with a heart for supporting Dutch YWAM’ers who work oversees. Helping them in their preperation, encouraging them while on the field, debrieving them during furlough and supporting them in their re-entry.

Evangelisme Centre

Staff for School of Evangelisme

Female volunteer/staff for Related: Evangelisme and Discipleship of young people

Creative overseer for The God Story: To oversee the creatieve programma of The God Story

Worship Department

Prerequisites to become fulltime staff

Completion of the Discipleship Training School and Field Assignment (IDS 701/702) or Crossroads Discipleship Training School and Field Assignment (IDS 703/704) is required if you want to join staff. If you have not completed a DTS

and want to volunteer at our YWAM base, you can join as a volunteer or a mission builder. A great opportunity to experience working in a mission environment. We need skilled professionals and willing laborers; individuals, couples or church groups are needed and welcome to help us. Your skills and experience can make a difference!

Volunteers

Depending on your skills or interests you can be involved in various areas such as; maintenance, housekeeping, communications, administration, hospitality, reception, kitchen, IT, etc. Volunteer work is a short-term step of preparation and familiarization for those interested in pursuing missions long term. It also provides an opportunity for those that want to give their time to help in missions work.

Mission Builders

Mission Builders are men and women of action! They are carpenters, plumbers, electricians and painters who want to use their practical skills for the Kingdom by assisting in the maintenance and renovation of our properties for a short period of time. There is a daily work schedule, yet work is not the only goal. Mission Builders are part of our Heidebeek family, learning to relate to each other.
