The Discipleship Training School is a six month Christian training program with a three month lecture phase followed by a three month outreach phase. The focus is to know God and make Him known.

The DTS provides you with an opportunity to take six months away from the normal pressures and routine of life so you have time to focus entirely on Jesus. The program teaches you how to build an intimate relationship with God, develop personal character, lead a lifestyle of expressing God’s love to others and to find your place in missions and learn how to reach out to others. We emphasize global awareness while living in a community with people from different countries, where we all learn from one another.

So it’s not just information, but transformation. Not just head-knowledge but heart-knowledge that you can share with others.

Schools starts in January, April and September. An overview of the upcoming schools:

• January 7, 2011 the Mercy Ministry DTS will start, with a focus on helping the needy
• April 6, 2011 the Spring DTS starts. This DTS is for young and old, also families are very welcome in this DTS. The outreach will be two months, during the Summer Holiday.
• September 21, 2011 the Fall DTS starts. This is a regular DTS.

 

Requirements

A DTS is for anyone 18 years and older and requires no prior preperation. Because we have students from different countries the letures are bi-lingual (Dutch/English).
