Discover God's story and be equipped

Get a taste of our Bible school

The Bible is God’s revelation for us. But often we struggle to understand it, because it is written in a different culture, historical setting and unfamiliar style. Bible For Life equips students to know, live and share the Word. Discover what this course is about and join us in receiving tools that help you to study a specific book of the Bible. Through lectures and assignments you will understand what the book meant and what it has to say for your personal life.

Daniel: God's kingdom remains

Daniel

Stories and dreams. Children’s Bible material and complicated visions and ideas. Daniel takes us all over the place. Or does it? Its repeated emphasis is this: “The books reveals why God is the king of all kings, and it offers perspective on how citizens of his kingdom should live while they await the full realization of God’s rule on earth” (Wendy Widder, Daniel, 2016).

Come and join us for three days of delving deeply into the world and message of the book of Daniel!

Revelation: God comes, reigns and saves

Revelation

Can we understand the book of Revelation? What is its core message? What do concepts such as the end of times, dragon, beast, seal, and bowl mean?

We gladly invite you to join us for a couple of days of solid and relevant Bible teaching on Revelation. The book closes off the Bible appropriately and powerfully. It is a Word that carries and challenges us. It warns us and gives hope. Especially the latter: no fear but hope. No doubt and anxiety, but a deep assurance that God holds the world and the future in his hand.

Prices:

  • Including accommodation (if allowed by the covid guideliness): €130,-
  • Excluding accommodation: €90,-

What does an Open Week look like?

In the morning an experienced teacher will introduce the book you are studying. They will provide the tools that help you to understand and apply it. Next to that we also participate in the prayer and worship times of Heidebeek.

We’ll enjoy a great lunch together and in the afternoon you might get some more teaching, but you will definitely get the opportunity to dig in the book yourself. Through a variety of excercises we help you to get an overview of the book.
