About Terry

I've now lived longer in Holland (30 years) than in the U.S. (27 years)! This year we're celebrating 30 years of marriage and missions. My favorite thing in the world that makes me happy is if I can encourage someone - in any way. The last ten years I've become passionate about changing people's perspective about raising support by teaching the biblical/spiritual foundation.

Working vacation opportunity for Dutch people in Holland - June 23-29 my son Chris will be sailing on a catamaran with a group from the organization Dit Koningskind. They haven't been able to find a cook yet. If you're interested to volunteer to cook a hot meal for 10 people and also get to sail, let me know and I'll give more details.

Marnie-Jane at Burtigny just posted this: "Sad night. my dear friend, Cynthia Bloomer has died from Kreuzfeld-Jacobs disease. Two months ago she was a bit dizzy, tonight her body shut down because her brain no longer functioned. She was a real, gentle woman with a cheerful spirit. She will be missed, loved and remembered for a long, long time." Many prayers going up for the family at this time.

Ed Sherman left yesterday for Cape Town, South Africa for 3 weeks. He'll be at 2 bases, Ywam Worcester and YWAM Muizenberg teaching and helping establish a new course. I'm here in Wapenveld holding the fort... available for coffee or a meal (hint, hint).
