Martin

Hi I'm Martin, working at Heidebeek since 2008 in the IT department, and in the Mercy Ministry DTS.

Originally from Friesland I 'immigrated' to Epe-city and I must say: "It's not that bad at all!" I love the people I live with, my work and above all God, so what more could one wish for?
I like playing the guitar, watching a movie and I really like Dutch food, so I would almost allow you to wake me up for a real Dutch meal with meatloaf... The problem is: I like sleeping also, so the waking me up part is still up for discussion... :-)

In the past I studied electrical engineering which helps working in the IT department - which I love to do -, but the heart God gave me for people makes working with 'things' not enough to keep me going. Working with the Discipleship Training School gives me much fulfillment and seeing people being transformed and prepared for missions by God makes me really happy!

Well I think this is enough about me for now. I'd love it when you look around the site for all the nice opportunities to get involved with Youth With A Mission, because there's lots of cool things to do! And the world is dying to hear about Jesus! Let's glorify Him with all we do and share our testimonies so everyone will get to know Him. He's so worthy of being known! We're blessed to be a blessing...
